How can I help prevent gingivitis?
You can help to prevent gingivitis that is caused by the buildup of plaque by adopting a good oral health routine. Brush your teeth twice daily using parodontax™ daily fluoride toothpaste, which is 3x more effective at removing plaque build-up, the main cause of bleeding gums.* Be sure to complete oral care regimen, which would include flossing and interdental cleaning, given by your dental professional. Regularly visit your dentist for professional cleanings to remove plaque and tartar from your teeth, which can irritate your gums. Your dental professional may spot signs of gum disease before you experience any symptoms.
